Sponsorship Opportunities – Conference Events
In addition to the sponsorship packages, there are a number of other sponsorship opportunities available for the Bermuda Captive Conference.
The Conference Exhibit Booths will be arranged in a location which guarantees constant access.
All exhibitors receive:
- 10' wide by 8' deep booth space
- 1 conference pass
- an online listing with contact information and hyperlink to your website from bermudacaptive.bm
- a listing in conference program
- a copy of current year’s attendees list

Speed Dating with Investment Managers includes sponsorship of a table where an Investment Manager is on hand for a 70 minute Q & A session. Each person is allowed 10 minutes per table meeting time. (Investment Manager supplied by sponsor)

IMPORTANT NOTICES: Sponsors and Exhibitors will be given the first option of refusal for following conference. Sponsorships, ads and exhibits are available on a first come, first serve basis. IDC assumes no liability for content of any ads or promotional materials.
Payment Policy: Invoice will be sent upon commitment. Payment due 30 days from date of invoice. If payment is not received, reservation will be canceled. If necessary, other payment arrangements can be made by contacting Rhona Emmerson, Conference Coordinator.
Conference Sponsorship Cancellation Policy: Conference sponsorship cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the conference will be refunded without penalty. If the cancellation is received less than 90 days from the first day of the conference, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation requests must be received in writing either by mail, email or fax.
Exhibit Cancellation Policy: For exhibit cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the conference, the Bermuda Captive Conference maintains a cancellation penalty of 50% of the exhibit fees. If the cancellation is received less than 60 days from the first day of the conference, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation requests must be received in writing either by mail, email or fax.
